Description: This project compares two automatic brain segmentation methods (MAPER & FreeSurfer) using three publicly available brain atlas databases: the Hammers_mith atlases, the DKT40 atlases, and the MICCAI 2012 Grand Challenge and Workshop on Multi-Atlas Labelling atlases. Here we make available, for each atlas and method pair, the leave-one-out segmentations for healthy control subjects and the segmentations for the patients with AD and TLE, and their respective healthy control subjects.
