The segmentations generated in the study are arranged as follows: - Leave-one-out cross-comparisons: - MAPER segmentations are given as nifti volumes. - FreeSurfer segmentations are given as nifti volumes for cortical segmentations and mgz volumes (FreeSurfer format) for subcortical segmentations. - Validation on ADNI & TLE data: - MAPER segmentations are given as nifti volumes. - FreeSurfer segmentations are given as left and right hemisphere FreeSurfer cortical surface annotations (lh and rh .annot files) and mgz volumes (FreeSurfer format) for subcortical segmentations.
