Description: A Python script that performs pre-submission validation of supra-schematic data constraints and automatically builds all controlled-vocabulary term usage tables required for complete C2M2 submissions. Complete ontology reference files are also included: these are used by this script to add display and discovery information (names, descriptions, synonyms) to the CV term tables it creates.
