## Overview This OSF project contains: - Pre-registration - Data and codebook - Analysis script ### Preregistration The analysis plan for this study was pre-registered prior to collection of the older adolescent data set and prior to processing or viewing relevant data from the SCALES cohort (younger adolescent data set): doi:10.17605/OSF.IO/R9CT5 All deviations from the pre-registered analysis are described in the manuscript. ### Data Anonymised data can be found in the data and scripts folder. - **tempdist_old.csv** dataset contains data from the older adolescent data group. - **tempdist_young_osf.csv** contains data from all but 10 of the younger adolescents data. - **tempdist_codebook.pdf** contains information about the variables included in the two datasets **NOTE: data from ten younger adolescent participants are not included in the open dataset, as parents did not provide consent for open data sharing. Therefore, the results of analyses of the open dataset will differ slightly from reported results.** ### Analysis script The analysis script **tempdist_analysis.rmd** contains code for the preregistered analyses.
