Description: Whether, when, and why perceivers are able to accurately infer the personality traits of other individuals is a key topic in psychological science. In this paper we discuss the limitations of the commonly employed average-perceiver and single-perceiver approaches to analyze accuracy data and suggest to use cross-classified structural equation models instead. Here, you can find the data and the Mplus codes for the illustrative example described in the paper. When there are any bugs or when you have any questions concerning the code, please write an email to Steffen Nestler (steffen.nestler@uni-muenster.de). Thanks!
