Wiki Version:
Participants were asked to stand exactly 1.5-m away from a researcher, and interpersonal distances they left were measured. These distances are shown in the 'Produced_distance' column. Each participant's self-reported gender (M: male; F: female; X: non-binary) and approximate age (10's, 20's, etc.) were also recorded. The 'Environment' column indicates whether each participant did the task in an indoor or outdoor setting. For more details, please see the following publication: Yamamoto, N., & Nightingale, M. (2023). How well do we do social distancing? *Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology*. Advance online publication. https://doi.org/10.1177/17470218231195247
