This component contains seven analysis files (Item level analysis file; sample information analysis; RQ1, RQ2, RQ3, additional RQ, Mapping task TrialLevel), and each of those .Rmd analysis files have a corresponding .html file. Each .RMD file contains all the code and output in a runnable Rstudio file. The HTML file contains the same information, but in a different form that is openable by anyone without needing R/Rstudio .RMD file needs to be opened in RStudio (in a version recent enough to handle markdown files) .HTML can be open in any browser window and so does not need R, but like the R file contains all the R syntax and output There is also a README pdf file, which contains the description and notes about each file.
