Because there were so many video files to code manually, each one was only coded by one coder. But, to demonstrate that there was little variability in coding amongst coders, we asked three coders to code the same video. They did so independently; they did not know that other people were also coding the same video. The video they coded was from one body-worn camera from one officer for one handgun trial. Each coder produced one Excel file. The three Excel files are here. To determine inter-rater reliability, we calculated intra-class correlation coefficients. The R code is attached in an RMarkdown file.
