Wiki Version:
This is the raw data and the analysis scripts for the project. The folder "Behavioural Results" contains the .txt files generated for each response from the observer during the EEG experiment. In addition, this folder contains the .m files (Matlab/Octave) for analysing the images used in the EEG study. This is to determine the spectral slope, fractal dimension, RMS and effective contrast for each of the images. The folder "Edge orientation anisotropy" contains the scripts and results for the edge orientation anisotropy, as well as the scripts for creating the figures. Model code and results folder contains the scripts (open with Matlab) and the results files (saved as .txt) for the model. This is a log-Gabor model of early visual processing. The folder "EEG data" contains all the raw EDF files (decimated to 256Hz), as well as the accompanying .m files for cleaning and processing the EEG data. These use the EEGLAB extensions from Delorme and Makeig (2004). The folder "R analysis" contains the .m files for combining the data into a .csv file for analysis in R. The .txt file contains the R script for compatibility. You can paste this into the R command line, changing the path at the beginning of the file to the location of the .csv file.
