This is a project that contains the files and scripts to reproduce the all the analyses and figures described in [this manuscript][1], which is a primer on creating synthetic datasets using the `synthpop` R package. To run this analysis in the browser using RStudio server, click on [this link][2]. Note that this analysis does not contain the scripts to generate Supplementary Figures 1-3. These were not included due to resource constraints of the RStudio server instance. The script to generate Supplementary Figures 1-3 are available on this on this Open Science Framework page.
