The Supplementary Data package from Sridhar et al. (2022) contains the Phyloseq objects all the count tables, taxonomic information, phylogenetic trees, and metadata for bacterial and fungal datasets. The Phyloseq objects have been saved in the 'rds' format. The package also includes files with the representative sequences of all ASVs in fasta format. **Reference**: Bhavya Sridhar, Roland C.
