This project contains all data and code for the paper "Computational mechanisms underlying the dynamics of physical and cognitive fatigue" published in Cognition in 2023. It contains the data, scripts and functions to run: i) analysis of participants' behavioural data ii) modelling of behavioural data In the behavioural-analysis-figure-code folder there is all the R code used to generate the plots and the code that performs all the behavioural analysis reported in the paper. In the "modelling-code" folder there are two MATLAB scripts that run the modelling of the data for the two tasks. In the folder "data" there are two csv files with tables including all raw data from the cognitive and physical effort task, also combined in the alldata file.
