Wiki Version:
[Facetemp_analysis.zip][1] contains: - **Analysis.R**: Proposed analysis script, uses some test data as an example. Note: not expected that the models will work or be sensible on this test dataset (N = 2) but should clearly specify the parameters of our analysis. - **Facetemp_analysis.Rproj**: This is an R Project file. If you have R and R Studio installed, open this file in R studio first (it sets the working directory and has other advantages). If not, you will need to set your working directories manually. - **Datamerging.R**: R script that processes included test-data into a single merged datafile. It merges data from three sources: 1. Qualtrics data from the face viewing portion 2. Qualtrics data from the questionnaire portion 3. Temperature data from the MLT422/a temperature probe. Also contains several Qualtrics .csv (simulated/test data) and .qsf files (exports of the qualtrics script itself) are used in this process, and also included. Video recording of a not-quite-final version of the script, used to verify timing. [1]: https://osf.io/6d8tn/
