This collection includes three main programs and the requisite files for calculation of the Q statistics with inverse or effective-sample-size-based weights and the p-values of the appropriate homogeneity tests for three binary effect measures: Log-odds-ratio (LOR) new_QOR_allQs.txt Log-relative risk (LRR) new_QRR_allQs.txt Risk difference (RD) new_QRD_allQs.txt Additionally, it includes an example of the analysis of the binary data from a systematic review by Stead et al. (2013) in the file stead.txt.
