Wiki Version:
Please edit directly here or use the Google document below You are the manager of the Global Substance Use Data Platform which enables the quick transfer of data amongst various data sources (surveys, treatment data, drug checking data, NGO data, police data, syringe residue data, waste water analysis data etc.); actors (e.g. people who use drugs, service providers, policymakers) and sectors (e.g. prevention, public health, treatment, housing, law enforcement) seamlessly. You do this to facilitate inter regional and cross border healthcare, trend monitoring, response development and monitoring and policy modelling/forecasting. You ensure that all data is safe and secure. You ensure that personal data is owned and controlled by the individual. You manage permissioned access for different actors (for example, sensitive policing data and personal data) and for different releases (for example, time-based releases). You ensure that digital rights including the right of privacy and confidentiality are protected. How do you manage this complex ecosystem with the various data sources, data actors and sectors with their various interests and challenges? https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DEIO3z50RhkI5_u3hhI1D6UQTMnnMjlO8CGp2ROJ27c/edit?usp=sharing
