This repository contains analysis pipeline and code for the study "Physical activity is positively related to local functional connectivity in adolescents" Related paper: Statistical maps: https://neurovault.org/collections/QPRRARMZ/ In this study, we utilized resting-state fMRI to examine the connection between physical activity and aerobic fitness with both local and interhemispheric connectivity measured with regional homogeneity and voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity, respectively. Participants were 12.7-16.3-year-old adolescents.
