Wiki Version:
**8 Feb 2024** COLA_RR_Results.Rmd was updated so that all relevant cases were included in Table 1. Problems had arisen with cases who had been seen for ftcd but did not provide any data because it was not possible to obtain a signal. These 17 cases are shown in the flowchart in Figure 3. They were coded as 9 in a variable termed ftcd, but this converted to NA when the variable was converted to a factor with levels 0 or 1. This meant that when the original *table1* function was used to create Table 1, these cases were omitted. This issue was discovered when the script was re-run with an updated version of *table1* which threw an error. The script is now amended so that these cases are treated as 'No FTCD data' in the table. The corrected table is available on OSF. This is a descriptive table and this correction does not affect results. **10th July 2022** COLA_RR_Results.Rmd was updated to ensure that Figure 6 (depicting time courses of fTCD for each task) correctly showed the intervals for baseline and POI. The original script generated 6 figures, one per task, with vertical dotted lines that showed these intervals. The dotted lines did not survive the conversion to .eps format. They have now been reinstated. In addition, the labels for these intervals (white on black text) have been resized so that they fit within the intervals. The corrected version of the figure has been added for clarification.
