This project provides scientifically informed icons showing each item of the MDS-UPDRS Part III, representing motor symptoms in Parkinson’s disease. Designed for researchers and clinicians, the illustrations are available in multiple formats, including .svg, .pdf, .png, .pptx, and .afdesign, allowing for customization in scientific and educational applications. All the colors and background can be edited. Each illustration was created based on standardized MDS-UPDRS III descriptions and the accuracy of the illustrations was reviewed by neurologists. The dataset is openly available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License, permitting use, sharing, adaptation, and redistribution with proper credit. We welcome feedback and hope this resource supports clearer scientific communication in movement disorders research.
