This repository contains open data from a paper by [Williams et al. (2022)][1] published in *Frontiers in Psychology*, which introduced and provided an initial validation study of the Duke-Vanderbilt Misophonia Screening Questionnaire (DVMSQ). Data from this paper collected from the Prolific crowdsourcing platform is available in the file entitled "*DVMSQ_ProlificDataOSF_07.17.2022.csv*," and a data dictionary is available in the file "*DVMSQ_ProlificStudy_DataDictionary_07.17.2022.csv*." A copy of the [DVMSQ questionnaire][2] is also available in the repository. Notably, the autistic adult sample is not included in this data release, although these data can be obtained by application from the Simons Foundation at https://base.sfari.org/. **For questions about the data or the DVMSQ scale, please contact scale author Zack Williams at zachary.j.williams@vanderbilt.edu.**
