#### Multimodal masks (Regions of Interest, ROI) used to extract blood oxygenation level depedent (BOLD) signal time courses. #### **CON-FC** stands for functional connectivity of the cingulo-opercular network. #### ZIP contains compressed NIfTI images (`.nii.gz`) of five ROIs with 2mm isotropic voxel size:  * **RINS**: Right insula * **ACC**: Anterior cingulate cortex * **LINS**: Left insula * **RIFG**: Right inferior frontal gyrus * **LIFG**: Left inferior frontal gyrus #### These ROIs were selected from the multimodal atlas of Glasser et al., 2016 (see manuscript for more information). #### "std" refers to the standard (Montreal Neurological Institute) space. --- ### You can download these ROI masks and adjust them to your data sets' native (individual) space to obtain the ROI-to-ROI functional connectivity of the cingulo-opercular network.
