Wiki Version:
In the data file below, we provide the data underlying our hierarchical clustering analyses. Each row represents a single seed and each column represents another brain region with which that seed may or may not be connected. A value of 1 indicates that the peak of a functional connectivity cluster was located in a given target region for a given seed and a value of 0 indicates the absence of any cluster peak in a given seed/target pair. The coordinates of each seed are as follows (in F99 space): - Seed (X, Y, Z) - Dorsal 1 (-16.5, -13, 8) - Dorsal 2 (-17, -11, 7.5) - Dorsal 3 (-17.5, -9, 7.5) - Dorsal 4 (-18, -7, 7) - Dorsal 5 (-18.5, -5, 6.5) - Dorsal 6 (-19.5, -3, 6) - Dorsal 7 (-20, -1. 5.5) - Dorsal 8 (-20.5, 1, 4) - Dorsal 9 (-20, 3, 2.5) - Dorsal 10 (-18.5, 5, 0.5) - Mound 1 (-18, -13, 5) - Mound 2 (-18.5, -11, 3) - Mound 3 (-20, 9, 2) - Mound 4 (-21, -7, 1) - Mound 5 (-21, -5, 0.5) - Mound 6 (-21, -3. 0) - Mound 7 (-21.5, -1, 0) - Mound 8 (-21, 1, -1) - Mound 9 (-20.5, 3, -1.5) - Mound 10 (-18.5, 5, -2.5) - Ventral 1 (-19.5, -11, 0.5) - Ventral 2 (-20, -9, -1) - Ventral 3 (-20, -7, -2) - Ventral 4 (-21, -5, -2.5) - Ventral 5 (-20.5, -3, -3) - Ventral 6 (-19.5, -1, -3.5) - Ventral 7 (-19, 1, -4) - Ventral 8 (-18.5, 3, -4.5) - Ventral 9 (-16, 4, -4.5) - Ventral 10 (-15, 6.5, -4.5) - Ventral 11 (-12, 7, -4) Raw data files (i.e., NIfTI files) will be made publicly available once data analyses have been completed on this data set.
