**Raw:** An 3D cell image for demonstrating the use of Seg2Link. The original image is an EM image (minnie65_8x8x40) in visual cortex of mouse, provided at: https://bossdb.org/project/microns-minnie. I extracted a smaller subregion of the original data as a demo data. **Label_unet2d:** An prediction of cell/non-cell regions, predicted by a pre-trained 2D U-Net model.
