Wiki Version:
**Download as zip** To use the files to the full extent, download the *analyses and output (download as zip)* folder as a zip file. In that way, the relative paths that underlie this folder will stay intact and the scripts will run smoothly. Changes to the files and folders will probably cause errors in the scripts, so we recommend to keep everything (i.e., the names and locations of the files and folders) as it is. **Data** You can download the data from Figshare [link]. Make sure to put the data file in the *input* folder located in */analyses and output (download as zip)/R - datamanagement/*. **Data management order** The first script *0. prepare datsets* cannot be run since this requires the raw dataset of the entire project. However, the syntax can be inspected. When the data on Figshare is included in the *input* folder (as mentioned above), all other scripts can be run. When the scripts are run in the right order, that is, starting with 1, then 2, then 3, the other dataframes and tables will be generated automatically.
