This project aims to investigate the sexual dimorphism of the putative neural substrate of antidepressant action in animal models, specifically the forced swim test (Porsolt, 1977). The project was executed by K. Domingues as part of her PhD. work in pharmacology in the [Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina][1] ([Florianópolis][2]/Brazil) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Cilene Lino de Oliveira.
