Description: We are replicating Forest et al.'s 2012 study on Facebook and self-esteem as a part of Gordon College's Research Methods II course. We, Nicholson, Seward, and LePine, are interested in this study because of the insights it can provide to the way technology changes our relationships and perceptions of both ourselves and others. We will be performing a direct replication of the first study in the paper, using the original sample size and materials.
