Wiki Version:
The blocked design fMRI data come from the localiser experiment described by Flack et al. (2015), available at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.cortex.2015.03.002 The script [Noise_83_V1.py][1] was used to process the raw data and produce timecourses in the V1 ROI, which are stored in [V1_data.txt][2]. The script uses components from FSL, available at: https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/ The script [powercontoursfMRIblocked.R][3] was then used to conduct the power contour analysis and generate [Figure 8][4].
