Overview: --------- **analysis:** - `ANA_data_cleaning.R`: Preprocessing and data cleaning script - you can run the script for each of the studies from the command line via: ``Rscript ANA_data_cleaning.R study_X`` and replace `X` with `1` or `2` (or change the variable `study_id`) - Choice model files: Contains the R scripts to run the choice models - Data analyses: Contains the files to run the consideration set analyses **data:** - eye-tracking: - fixation report: Contains the preprocessed fixation data from the EyeLink system - raw: Contains the raw data in the original `.EDF` format - psychopy: Contains the raw data from the choice experiment - qualtrics: Contains the raw data from the Qualtrics survey **materials** Contains the python script to run the choice experiment (`ANA_experiment.py`), a text file with the sizes of the AOIs (useful for data cleaning), and an image of the qualtrics survey. - images: Contains the image files that are used in the choice experiment - csvs: Output folder for the `.csv` files from the choice experiment
