Dina Popovkina 8/13/2020 dina4@uw.edu Stimuli The zip file titled ‘ZIPSTIMULI’ contains 8 folders, one for each of the 8 categories of stimuli used in Experiments 1 and 2. Each folder is named with the stimulus category, and contains 50 images. The images are labeled with the letter code of the category in the experiment and an arbitrarily assigned number from 1-50 (e.g., A-01.png is the 1st object in the category “animals”). Stimuli were hand-selected from an internet image search and from the Massive Memory Object Categories image set (Konkle, Brady, Alvarez, & Oliva, 2010). Each image was adjusted to maximize contrast and remove color, and was resized to a 100 pixel x 100 pixel square (4.2° x 4.2°).
