Description: This letter was written in response to the "test-events" funded by the Dutch government during the SARS-COV-2 pandemic of 2020/2021. Although the first author took the initiative to write the letter, many other contributed writing, research, and feedback. The named contributors were identified based on the change log of the Google Doc in which this letter was written, and added in order of first contribution to the letter.
