This project aims to apply active inference accounts of perception and action to theories of skilled anticipation. The files contain a series of MATLAB scripts that can be used to reproduce the active inference models described in the paper. They require downloading the statistical parametric mapping toolbox from https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/software/spm12/ and adding it to your MATLAB path.
