This section contains codes that are used for the Vicon Nexus Pipelines as well as codes to further process the data. The pipeline **3b_save2mat** requires the code - *SaveGrailDatatoMAT.m*. The pipeline **4e_getevents_filterGRF** requires the codes - *getEventsBasedonFootMarkers.m* and - *filterGRF.m*. The pipeline **4f_save2mat** requires the code - *SaveGrailDatatoMAT.m*. The pipeline **6_run_MATLAB** requires the codes - *DynamicPiG.m*, - *SaveGrailDatatoMAT.m*, - *SaveANGLEStoMAT.m* and - *c3d2mat.m*. *DynamicPiG.m* is part of Vicon’s Plug-In Gait.M and usually comes with the Vicon Nexus Software.
