Wiki Version:
The Exercise first research program is a Danish research program that will be conducted from 2020 to 2022 in collaboration between Region Zealand and the Research unit PROgrez within the Department of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy at Næstved, Slagelse and Ringsted hospitals, Denmark. The project is funded by the The Regional Council of Region Zealand. Exercise first aims to develop, test and implement tailored health-care interventions, including e-based interventions that support appropriate, patient-regulated health behavior in patients with or at risk of chronic diseases. The program seeks to promote easy access to diagnostics, treatment and self-care tools that ensure that all individual patients receive the right health-care support and treatment at the right time. In total, Exercise first consists of five research projects. A description of the Exercise first research program and the projects is uploaded to OSF.
