Resistance to CB-5083 was generated by gradual exposure to CB-5083 in OVSAHO ovarian cancer cells (PMID: [29367883][1]). RNA sequencing was performed in triplicate between parental and resistant cells to determine differences in gene expression and mutations between parental and resistant cells.
