Description: 1. We will determine whether participants randomized to an interactive, single-session intervention (SSI) that provides psychoeducation about intrusive thoughts tend to have lower distress associated with intrusive thoughts, relative to an information-only control, when comparing pre-intervention to two-weeks follow-up, in a national sample of N= 200 adolescents aged 13-16 years. 2. We will evaluate the SSI’s perceived relevance and acceptability, per subject self-report ratings.
