## JATOS ##
JATOS is short for Just Another Tool for Online Studies. You can use OpenSesame, lab.js, jsPsych to build your experiments or write your own experiment in JavaScipt/HTML/CSS. The cognitive psychology unit has its own dedicated [instance][7] on the university's infrastructure, ensuring that the data is stored in a safe place. See the [JATOS page in this wiki][8] to learn how to host experiments on the department's instance of JATOS.
The [documentation][6] also includes tutorial videos.

## OSWeb (OpenSesame) ##
[OSWeb][1] is an online runtime for OpenSesame experiments. That is, it is a JavaScript library that interprets and executes OpenSesame experiments. Check out the [tutorial][2] to get in touch with OSWeb.
Experiments can be exported for the use with JATOS.

## lab.js ##
[lab.js][3] is a free, open, online study builder
for the behavioral and cognitive sciences. lab.js provides a [visual interface][4] so you can see the study as you build it. The [documentation][5] provides an introductory tutorial.
