Description: We based this study on Argentinean healthcare workers in order to 1) test self-perceived job performance levels and the presence of psychological symptoms compatible with common mental disorders, and 2) examine within-person changes in the levels of general discomfort and psychological distress, adjusting for main demographic factors, region, and some relevant health-related factors, during two time points of the COVID-19 pandemic. This project has been published in the following paper/journal: López Steinmetz L. C., Herrera C. R., Fong, S. B. & Godoy J. C. (2021). A longitudinal study on the changes in mental health of healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
