Aim 4.1: To determine the effect of ibogaine treatment on daily function as measured by changes in the WHODAS 2.0 from baseline to one month post treatment in an observational study of individuals with history of TBI. Aim 4.2: To determine the effect of ibogaine treatment on general symptoms as measured by changes in SCL-90-R score from baseline to immediate post treatment in an observational study of individuals with history of TBI. Aim 4.3: To determine the effect of ibogaine treatment on general symptoms as measured by changes in the SCL-90-R score from baseline to one-month post treatment in an observational study of individuals with history of TBI. Aim 4.4: To determine the effect of ibogaine treatment on function as measured by changes in the WHODAS 2.0 score from baseline to immediate post treatment in an observational study of individuals with history of TBI. Aim 4.5: To determine the effect of ibogaine treatment on quality of life as measured by changes in the Rand 36 score from baseline to one-month post treatment in an observational study of individuals with history of TBI.
