In this work, we performed multi-omics analysis of lignocellulosic carbon utilization in R. toruloides and reconstructed the
genome-scale metabolic network of R. toruloides. The metabolic network model developed in this study was reconstructed and
manually curated reproducibly using electronic notebooks, and validated against multi-omics and high-throughput growth data,
significantly expanding the breadth and depth of metabolic coverage from previously published models.
