There are several smaller scripts called by the main script `lonelinessPartnerships.r`. This folder contains several subfolders: * `scripts/`: contains all analysis scripts * `models/`: contains lavaan-syntax for the LGM, APIM, and DRSA * `output/`: contains the lavaan-output of the various LGM, APIM, and DRSA models ## `figures/` This folder contains all figures included in the manuscript and the supplement. In the folder `models/`, we provide graphical displays of the APIM and DRSA models examined in the study. The folder `results/` contains the visualization of the results of the LGM and the DRSA. For the latter, we provide three different version: * `RSA 3d black and white/`: 3D surface plots in black and white (and shades in between) * `RSA 3d color/`: colored 3D surface plots * `RSA contour/`: colored contour plots, i.e., a two-dimensional representation of the 3D surfaces ## `supplement/` Contains a single PDF-document containing all supplemental tables and figures.
