Wiki Version:
This repository contains raw model output in support of the manuscript 'Drivers of Pine Island Glacier speed-up between 1996 and 2016' (De Rydt et al. 2021). Output for the Úa optimization experiments is stored in the directory 'Ua_optim'. A separate NetCDF file is provided for each experiment with file naming convention *optim_yyyy_gaA_gaC_gsA_gsC_m.nc*, where *yyyy* indicates the timestamp of the corresponding model geometry (1996 or 2016), and *gaA, gaC, gsA* and *gsC* refer to the values of the premultipliers in the regularization. The value of *m* corresponds to the exponent in the (non-linear) viscous sliding law. Model ouput for the Úa perturbation experiments are provided in 'Ua_pert' with file naming convention *pert_exp_m.nc*, where *exp* refers to the type of perturbation (Calv, ISThin, Thin, CalvThin as explained in the manuscript) and *m* is the exponent in the (non-linear) viscous sliding law. Custom Úa configuration files for each experiment are available [here](https://github.com/janderydt/ua_PIG). The Úa source code is available from https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3706624. **References** De Rydt, J., Reese, R., Paolo, F. S., and Gudmundsson, G.
