Wiki Version:
In the present study - *Drivers of atmosphere-ocean CO2 flux in northern Norwegian fjords* - we investigated the magnitude and seasonal variability of atmosphere-sea CO2 flux in high-latitude coastal areas over 2018 and 2019, including four fjords and one coastal bay. The aim was to assess the physical and biogeochemical factors controlling CO2 flux and partial pressure of CO2 in surface water. This data is provided to help inform a new baseline for gaining better understanding on how the northern Norwegian coast and characteristic fjord systems participate in atmosphere carbon regulation. These materials are provided by the Microalgae & Microbiomes Research Group ([M2RG][1]) at UiT - The Arctic University of Norway. All data, calculations and figure generation scripts linked to R markdown are found under the project files of Northern Norwegian Fjord CO2 Flux. [1]: http://uit.no/research/micro
