We made Study/Sample 1 data, analysis code, and draft of the report public on July 10th 2023 as a means of pre-registering our analyses for Study/Sample 2. Study 1 was exploratory, Sample 2 is confirmatory. More details can be found in the draft of the report, and the r code below. Note you'll have to change the directory file location if you attempt to run the code on your own computer. HTML files of the knitted code are also provided. After sending the link to someone on Aug 1st, it seemed the 'make public' did not go through, so it was made public again on Aug 1st. No changes were made to the protocol or analysis plan in the interim.
