Description: This mixed-methods scoping review aims at providing an overview of gender-based discrimination quantitative measures and qualitative definitions used in studies linked to health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. As broad initial definition, we define discrimination as differential treatment reserved to a group of people for a specific characteristic, in our case gender.
