Wiki Version:
The spreadsheet lists all specimens. all photos of them and photos of chemical tests are organized by species folders with specimen numbers in the file name. The field collecting envelope will be uploaded in the main OSF storage for this component. It also has places to record chemical test information before it is entered into the spreadsheet. Field envelopes are marked with yellow on the far left after entered in the spreadsheet. Marked with pink on the far right if we need the identification checked again or had trouble keying. A blue mark is put near the right if the identification is relatively sure or it keyed out easily. These specimens and some photos will eventually be filed in the "Personal Observations" section of [lichenportal.org][1] and then in the specimens section of that website once they are accessioned to the OU Robert Bebb Herbarium.
