This platform was designed with mechanical, electronics, sensors and computational aspects to teach robotics engineering with applications such as object and sound detection and tracking, perception and action for human-robot interaction and autonomous systems, where the robot perceives information from the environment, employing cameras and microphones to make decision and perform appropriate actions.
