In order to facilitate transparent and open research, data is provided here related to the paper for submission to Social Cognitive Affective Neuroscience, "Virtually “in the heat of the moment”: Insula activation in safe sex negotiation among risky men". The following data is provided here: - Archives of the SRD>Baseline and SRD>Conversational contrasts, indexed so that they can be matched to a CSV list containing an index, Group, CAI90, Negative Urgency, and selected pre-prepared ROIs, for the 107 participants that were included in the neural analysis - masks to create ROIs from the contrasts - CSV lists for each personality variable that contain the personality variable and the measures CAI90 and Group, for the 97 participants that were included in personality variable analysis. - materials and measures: the pre-screener survey containing the CAI90 risky sex measure, the main surveys given to participants containing the personality measures, and a Microsoft Windows executable file for the game itself.
