### CBMPyWeb *[CBMPy][1] based tools for the analysis and curation of metabolic modelling tools* --- > [The CBMPyWEB FROG curator][2] Hosted by [SURF on Research Cloud][3] - status: online --- **In development.** Asynchronous FROG analysis and OMEX archive export. **Offline tool.** The CBMPyWeb **cbmpy-offline-frog-curator-v6.zip** is now available for download from the files section below. This tool allows you to run offline FROG analyis on your machine and has been updated to be compatible with the latest FROG reporting standards. Install the latest version of CBMPy download the latest curator script and call it form the command line. More details in the archive readme file. CBMPyWeb services are now available for beta testing and are hosted on the [SURF Research Cloud][4] ### Facilities - **FBC format converter** attempts to read a genome scale model in any SBML format and convert it to the latest SBML FBC versions - **FROG curation** for the FROG analysis as initiated in COMBINE/HARMONY (Sheriff, Koenig, Olivier) and futher developed - Individual curation analyses, for example *curate FVA* can be selected from the menu for testing purposes. ### Conditions of use Please note this is a development testing site and anything is possible, do not use for brain surgery. While we do not use the data you submit for validation in any way (it is deleted on a regular basis) **do not** use this facility for sensitive or personal data of any kind.
