## Formats ## - [CSV dataset][1] - [Stata dataset][2] ## Variables ## **Variable** - Description **community_id** - An anonymous identifier for community. **log10_azithromycin_ddd_10000** - The amount of azithromycin consumed by a community per 10,000 residents in 2009 log 10 transformed. **high_under5** - Community with upper quartile of children under 5 as a percentage of their population based on national community measures (high=1; low=0). **high_over65** - Community with upper quartile of adults over 65 as a percentage of their population based on national community measures (high=1; low=0). **healthworkersper10000** - The number of healthcare workers per 10,000 members of the community. **lowincome** - The percentage of households classified as low-income. Low-income households are defined as those that spend over 20% of their income on the basic necessities of life (e.g., food and housing). **flu_level** - The reported flu level has been classified as high, moderate, and low based on national community measures. **high_vaccination** - High vaccination rate based on national community measures (high=1; low=0).
