Files included in this project should enable reproducibility of analysis. Program Tracker was used to track subjects during the experiment and its output files can be found in Data component. These raw data files were processed in Carousel Maze Manager which can be found in Analysis component. Output from CM Manager is stored in Results component. Log files along with CM Manager and raw data should be sufficient to reproduce the results saved in results.txt file. The results were then analyzed using R 3.0.2 with R script that is saved in Analysis component.
