Matlab scripts for creating representational dissimilarity matrices (RDMs) used in the representational similarity analysis. There are two separate scripts for creating RDMs using 1) pairwise decoding accuracy and 2) cross-validated Mahalanobis distance as a distance measure. Additional script is included for smoothing Mahalanobis RDMs across 3 time points (to match is to decoding accuracy RDMs).
